Thank you for continuing to refer your patients to us. We very much appreciate being able to provide solutions for your patients’ specialist requirements and we would like to take this opportunity to highlight some exciting new facilities that we have recently introduced into our practice.
In the last few months, we have been considering some different payment methods for our valued clients and we now have two interest-free finance options available over six and ten months.
These facilities, provided by Medenta in partnership with Hitachi Capital (UK) PLC, are designed to help your patient get the treatment they want in the most convenient manner possible and without the need to pay a deposit!
We would be very happy if you want to mention that these options are available when you refer and if you would like us to visit your practice to discuss this new development with you and your team, please do not hesitate to call us.
We have made things easier for you with our new referral form. You now have three options to complete the referral form:
- You can complete your referral form and upload your X-ray files online and send it straight to us.
- You can also have the option to simply complete the form and print.
- Or if you prefer just print, complete and post it to us.
If an X-ray is available for you to send across it means that we can often make a decision on a treatment plan and see the patient directly for treatment. Otherwise a Consultation appointment can be scheduled. If you have a digital system you can send the x-ray across by email, as a jpeg preferably. If you send films we will always take great care to return them to you.
We are fortunate enough to have a Digital X-ray system, which means that your patient will have the opportunity to view their X-rays on the screen while discussing possible treatment options.
3D Imaging (CBCT)
The introduction of the new Morita Cone Beam facility in the practice means that in some cases that present with particular diagnostic difficulty, a three dimensional scan can be taken. If you refer your patient solely for a CBCT scan, please make it clear on the attached referral form the purpose and clinical indication for the particular exposure.
We are pleased to accept IFR funded patients for root canal treatment. From February 2020, NHS England introduced the New Dental Electronic Referral System, please follow the link for the instructions.
